We do not design buildings or sell land.

If you are planning a project and you want to build green or want LEED project certification call us early and we can assist with material and technology selections that will compliment your design, while respecting the budget and schedule. Building green does not have to cost more.

We use standard AIA contracts and monthly billing.

Job site meetings are scheduled on a regular basis or as needed.

We provide a complete project operation & maintenance manual containing all equipment instructions, warranties, opening, closing and maintenance procedures.
