Design & Build: Best Luxury Single Family Detached Custom Home*

This dream home was created to resemble a Tuscan farmhouse. Built on a 10-acre piece of paradise in the northwest woods of East Hampton, the home took several years to develop.

The house is built around a 150-foot radius with the finished floors, cabinetry, breezeway foundation walls and trellis all connecting to create the curve that flows from end to end. Adjusting elevations to work harmoniously with the site, getting the unusual angles to mesh and building the breezeway around the alignment of the trim flowing across the structure required meticulous planning.

Custom maple bookcases curve through the main house to create the curve that separates different spaces. The flooring in the conservatory is fossil stone with each piece hand selected to blend all the tones.
