Berkshire Green Builders is led by Brian Sutton, a fine custom builder for over 25 years. Originally from Long Island, NY, Brian has worked with architects and clients throughout the Northeast, specializing in green building since 2000.

Our mission is to produce distinctive, high-quality homes and buildings with special consideration to incorporating green building practices and materials. By combining certain materials and exceptional workmanship, the building owner benefits from an energy-efficient space that is both beautiful and harmonious with the natural setting of the home or building.
