Bios of PrincipalsBrian G. Sutton
Brian is dedicated to helping owners get the maximum efficiency as well as pleasure out of their homes or buildings while utilizing as many green features into the process as possible. He is a resourceful problem solver and has delivered multi-million dollar projects requiring collaboration with numerous subcontractors and vendors while remaining client-focused, thorough and articulate with an eye for detail. Master carpenter (frame to finish) since 1984, he has personally framed and trimmed more than 20 custom homes, renovated over 100 projects and built dozens of commercial spaces. He has supervised large crews and 50 subcontractors on a single job, with total site, project and safety responsibility. Mass state Construction Supervisors License - March 2007. LEED AP February 2008. |
Carole Alon Carole also has extensive experience in retail store management. In addition to client relations for Berkshire Green Builders, Carole is heading up the marketing and community-relations areas. |

Previous work was done in the areas of New York City, Long Island, and Greenwich, CT. 
Carole Alon's business development and customer relations skills will serve the clients of Berkshire Green Builders very well. Her experience in business relationships includes over ten years in banking and management positions. Among her many credits are procuring millions of dollars in Direct Deposit Accounts and commercial loans while at North Fork Bank, on Long Island, NY. She consistently ranked in the "Top Ten" performers category, and was instrumental in the conversion of five bank mergers and acquisitions.
